For the week of March 4-8.
Monday – Option 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, steamed vegetables, bread, dessert. Option 2: Meat taco with cheese, steamed vegetables, dessert.
Tuesday – 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. 2: Tuna pasta salad, steamed vegetables, fruit.
Wednesday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, Rosemary red potatoes, vegetables, bread, fruit. 2: Clam chowder with cheese sandwich, vegetables, fruit.
Thursday – 1: Baked ham with pineapple, creamed potatoes, steamed vegetables, bread, dessert. 2: Cheeseburger casserole, vegetables, dessert.
Friday – 1: Chicken Alfredo with pasta, steam vegetables, bread, fruit. 2: Barbecue turkey on a bun, steam vegetables, fruit.
