Briefly: The Wildcats are back in a bowl; that’s the good news for the Wildcats. The bad? The program, after winning the Rose Bowl in 1949, is riding a nine-game bowl losing streak. The Bulldogs’ four SEC victories came against teams that fired their coaches.
