Pilgrim’s Market recently added artisan hearth breads to its offerings, including French baguettes, ciabatta, German korni, kalamata olive rosemary bread, hazelnut pear bread and gluten-free boule.

Baker Jim Hanson of Pilgrim’s Market has more than 23 years experience with artisan hearth breads. He specializes in European hearth breads and was trained in San Francisco and Paris.
