Eastern Washington Eagles

COMING UP: Tonight at Montana, 6:05 p.m.; Saturday at Montana State, 6:05 p.m.

OUTLOOK: On paper, tonight’s game in Missoula is the toughest of the Big Sky season for the Eagles, who are coming off a 12-day break following a 57-54 conference win over Idaho State. Montana has won four straight, including a 61-60 win at Sacramento State on Dec. 21., and has won 19 straight conference games at Dahlberg Arena. Two days later, the Eagles take on a Montana State team they swept a year ago. The Bobcats (3-7, 0-2) lead the conference in turnover margin at plus-8.2 and, not coincidentally, in steals with 9.4.
