Central Food is open amid the construction of Kendall Yards where chef and owner David Blaine hopes casual, contemporary eats will draw customers into new territory. Also, owner Peter Karatzas has opened his Café Italiano in the space on South Regal that was last home to the West Wing of the White House Grill.
