Obituary: Bocook, Gloria G.

Age 79

BOCOOK, Gloria G. (Age 79) Passed away January 3, 2013 in Spokane, WA.

She was born on May 9, 1933 in Spokane, WA; she was the daughter of William and Violet (Peterson) Mosher.

Gloria was raised and schooled in Lewiston, Idaho.

In 1952 she married Lynville Bocook in Lewiston; shortly thereafter, they moved to Spokane and started their family.

Singing and playing country music was a large part of her life along with baking, writing letters to friends, playing the piano and talking on the telephone.

Gloria is survived by two daughters, Amy Knudsen (Joe), Debra Clark; four sons, Rick Bocook, Don Bocook (Cindy), Randy Bocook, and Mike Bocook (Sandy) all of Spokane, WA: two brothers, Martin Mosher (Rosalie) of Lewiston, ID, and Doug Mosher (Priscilla) of Canyon Creek, TX.

There are also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; one brother; son, Larry D. Bocook in 1954, and husband, Lynville Bocook in 2003.

Visitation for Gloria Bocook will be on Friday, January 11, 2013 between 10:00am and 5:00 pm, at the Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home 1306 N. Monroe.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 1:00pm in the Alwin Chapel of Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home.
