She was born August 12, 1928 in Sheridan, Wyoming, the daughter of A. Ray and Talitha M. Easton.
When she was two, she moved with her parents to Powell, Wyoming.
She attended schools in Powell where she graduated from high school in 1946.
She then attended and graduated from the University of Missouri.
Following graduation, she went to work for a furniture store in Helena, MT, as a bookkeeper; in 1956 she transferred with the company “Self Service Furniture” to Spokane, Washington.
She retired after 44 years, as the office manager.
She is a past president of Spokane Credit Women and also of the Spokane Valley Soroptomist Club.
She was a member of Eastern Star and The Ladies of the Oriental Shrine.
Survivors include one brother, Don C. Easton, of Powell, Wyoming; two nephews and two nieces and many grand-nephews and nieces.
