Senior meals
For the week of Jan. 14-18.
Monday – Option 1: Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, dinner roll, cookie. Option 2: Tuna pasta salad, cheese sandwich, vegetables, cookie.
Tuesday – 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, vegetables, breadstick, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, vegetables, peaches.
Wednesday – 1: Baked ham with pineapple, creamed potatoes, broccoli, bread, fruit. 2: Cheeseburger casserole, broccoli, fruit.
Thursday – 1: Chicken Alfredo with pasta, vegetables or peas, breadstick, apple cranberry crisp. 2: Barbecue turkey on a bun, vegetables or peas, apple cranberry crisp.
