Obituary: Ewell, Bertha M.
She is survived by her three children, Mary and Dale Holcomb of Apache Junction, Arizona, Michael Ewell, Joseph and Jan Ewell of Spokane, WA; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and numer-ous great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Ewell in 2006, her daughter Joan Gardner and her husband Clayton, and one grandson, Daniel Gardner.
Bertha was a stay-at-home mom who loved to garden, crochet, and create beautiful pot holders and dishtowels that she loved to give away.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 from 12 pm - 5 pm at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home with a Vigil Service Friday at 7 pm at St. Charles Catholic Church.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 19 at 10 am at St. Charles Catholic Church, 4515 N. Alberta.
Entombment will follow at 1 pm for the family at Riverside Memorial Park.
