Obituary: Owen, Jack Coleman, Jr.

OWEN, Jack Coleman, Jr. May 11, 1945 to December 30, 2012 Jack is survived by his soul mate and fiance’ Sandy Olson, his two sisters Linda and Melanie, three children, Michelle, Lillian, Jack III and 11 grandchildren.

Jack served in the USAF for 22 1/2 years, 11 1/2 years at the USAF Survival School and retired as a Master Sergeant after 11 years in the Air National Guard.

Jack owned his own Farmers Insurance Agency for 30 years and retired in 2008.

He loved gardening, pool, woodworking and hunting.

Jack was surrounded by his fiance’ Sandy, close friends Kim and Chris Edgerton and future stepdaughter Stacy in his final hours at home, as was his last wish.

Jack was a very dear and loving man that will be greatly missed by many.

There will be a Celebration of Life get together for Jack at the Venue, 805 E. Rosewood on February 2nd, 2013 from 1-4pm.
