Obituary: Moczulski (Squires), Carol Ann

MOCZULSKI (Squires), Carol Ann Passed away January 14, 2013 in Spokane, Washington after a long battle with cancer.

She was surrounded by her loving husband Mitch, her immediate family and relatives.

Carol was born in Gary, South Dakota on February 16, 1934, the fourth child of Raymond John Henning and Francis Asher Henning.

Carol raised her six children with her late husband, Don Squires.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Donald Squires and her son David Squires.

Carol spent many years as the owner and manager of Vic’s restaurant in downtown Spokane and the Pomeroy Steak House.

The most precious thing in our mom’s life was her family.

She came from a family of seven children and had six children of her own, 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In 2010 Carol met, fell in love with and married Mitch Moczulski.

This extended her family to Steven & Patty, Robin and Gordy, Jerry and Shasta, David and Cathy, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Carol and Mitch enjoyed a whirl wind adventure, traveling to Bora Bora, Tahiti, Hawaii and Las Vegas, fulfilling her lifelong dream of traveling.

Carol loved to listen to her children and grandchildren sing and perform at all the family get-togethers.

She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, laying in the sand by the lake and always had a great novel by her side.

To her family and friends she was known as the most gentle, loving soul who cried tears when she laughed.

There are not words to describe the person she was and is.

She was an angel on earth and now an angel in heaven.

She will be greatly missed.

Carol is survived by her children; Gregory Squires, Tamara White Squires, Lynelle (Dan) Wolf, Donald (Starlie) Squires and Roxane (Bruce) Eicher.

Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
