A man accused of killing his girlfriend last December appeared in court this afternoon.

A Spokane County Superior Court judge set bond at $750,000 for Tony T. Callihan, 38. Callihan is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly strangling 48-year-old Michelle Koenen to death Dec. 7 in the 2300 block of West Broadway Avenue and fleeing in her vehicle.
