Obituary: Hardland, Margaret P.
Age 91
Margaret was born October 28, 1921 in Valley City ND to Otto and Marie Davidson.
She graduated from State Teachers College in 1939 and worked several years for AT&T as a supervisor.
She was very proud of her work as an overseas operator during WWII.
In 1949 she married Merle Hardland and they relocated to Helena, Montana.
In Helena, Margaret studied pottery at The Archie Bray Foundation and became a talented artist.
She is survived by her daughter Danna Silver, son Rocky Hardland, both of Spokane; son-in-law Ken Silver; three grandchildren, Jacob, Nicole and Ryan Silver; brother Leonard Davidson of North Carolina and nieces Keeter Sechrist and Paige Cvelich.
She was preceded in death by her husband Merle Hardland in 1996 and infant son Michael Hardland.
Private services will be at Spokane Memorial Garden at a later date.
