Spokane microroastery Roast House received an unusual shipment of coffee from the Congo this week. The beans came from a cooperative designed to help the coffee farmers build a market for their crop after years of violence there and in nearby Rwanda forced many to abandon their farms. Also, Carolyn Lamberson reviews Satay, a new fine dining restaurant in Coeur d’Alene.
