Obituary: Mclaughlin, Robyn Edra
Age 62
Robyn was born in Oak Park, Illinois, moved to Minneapolis the same year.
She was home schooled through 6th grade and attended Portland Elementary School in Minneapolis until moving to the Seattle area in 1962.
She graduated from Queen Anne High School in Seattle in 1968.
She attended Washington State University in Pullman, where she studied music.
Robyn’s passion for driving was fulfilled as a bus driver, first with Greyhound Bus Lines and lastly with Alpha Omega Tours & Charters.
She is survived by her life partner, of 20 years, Susan A. Dowe, brother, Kent A. McLaughlin (Kriss Balmes McLaughlin).
She was preceded in death by her father Ronald C. McLaughlin, mother Clarisse J.
(Glover) McLaughlin, and her aunt, Maxine A. Glover.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday the 26th of January 2013 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church, East 3rd and “D” Street, Sprague, WA at 2PM.
