Seven arrested in Indian Trail problem house

Spokane Police Department released the names of the seven arrested in Thursday night’s search of a problem house in the Indian Trial neighborhood: Michael J. Culbreath, 46, was arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Marcy N. Pratt, 67, was arrested on one count of unlawful use of a building for drugs. Lori L. Warren, 25, was arrested on possession of a controlled substance, meth. Misty E. Hall, 31, was arrested on a Department of Corrections escape warrant. Mordekye A. Layman, 26, was arrested on possession of a controlled substance, meth. Layman served 45 days in jail in July for a theft conviction. Walter E. Pritchett, 52, was arrested on a bench warrant. According to Spokesman-Review archives, Pritchett has convictions for theft, possession of a controlled substance and attempting to elude a police vehicle. Kelly J. Trevino, 45, was arrested on a Department of Corrections escape warrant. Trevino has convictions for conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, prostitution, theft, criminal impersonation and escaping custody, forgery, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Spokane Police detectives and the Special Investigative Unit served a search warrant at the home at 10150 N. Seminole on Thursday. Neighborhood Conditions Officer Paul Taylor had alerted detectives about the home, which had drawn a number of complaints. “During the investigation and while conducting a risk analysis, detectives learned that subjects there were known to have been armed and assault law enforcement,” spokeswoman Officer Jennifer DeRuwe said in a press release. Because of that, the department’s SWAT team searched the house. Detectives recovered a small amount of meth during the search, police say.
