The seven people taken into custody during Thursday’s raid at a northwest Spokane home described by neighbors as a problem-plagued nuisance range in age from 26 to 67.

They were identified Friday by the Spokane Police Department as:

• Michael J. Culbreath, 46, arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

• Lori L. Warren, 25, arrested on possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

• Misty E. Hall, 31, arrested on a Department of Corrections escape warrant.

• Mordekye A. Layman, 26, arrested on possession of a controlled substance, meth. Layman served 45 days in jail in July for a theft conviction.

• Walter E. Pritchett, 52, was arrested on a bench warrant. According to Spokesman-Review archives, Pritchett has convictions for theft, possession of a controlled substance and attempting to elude a police vehicle.

• Kelly J. Trevino, 45, was arrested on a Department of Corrections escape warrant. Trevino has convictions for conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, prostitution, theft, criminal impersonation and escaping custody, forgery, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Spokane police detectives and the Special Investigative Unit served a search warrant at the home at 10150 N. Seminole Drive on Thursday. Neighborhood Conditions Officer Paul Taylor had alerted detectives about the home, which had drawn a number of complaints.

“During the investigation and while conducting a risk analysis, detectives learned that subjects there were known to have been armed and assault law enforcement,” spokeswoman Officer Jennifer DeRuwe said in a news release. Because of that, the department’s SWAT team initially entered the house.

Detectives recovered a small amount of meth during the search, police say.
