She was a resident of Spokane since 1939.
Her husband of 40 years, Eddie, preceded her in death in 1976.
Jo is survived by her son Tom (Patty) Osburn of Spokane; three grandchildren, Rich (Susan) Osburn of North Bend, WA, Kelly (Jose) Castanon of San Jose, CA, and Jim (Katie) Osburn of Dublin, CA, and six great-grandchildren.
At her request, no services will be held.
