Obituary: Adams, Jack H.

ADAMS, Jack H. Jack H. Adams passed away on January 19, 2013.

Jack worked at St. Luke’s Hospital and he liked to ride the STA bus downtown to have coffee with his friends.

He is survived by son John and wife Samantha; daughter Sally and husband Terrie; grandsons Skylor, Cordell and Josh.

Services will be held at 1st Assembly of God, 828 W. Indiana on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11 AM.
