Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 4-8.

Monday – Option 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, steamed carrots, whole grain roll, cinnamon apple slices. Option 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, steamed carrots, cinnamon apple slices.

Tuesday – 1: Turkey cutlet with sage and lemon, baked potato, broccoli, whole grain roll, fruit. 2: Stuffed baked potato, broccoli, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Orange chicken with steamed rice, vegetables, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges. 2: Bean soup, turkey sandwich, vegetables, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, mixed vegetables, rye bread, dessert. 2: Stuffed pepper, rye bread, dessert.

Friday – 1: Barbecue pork riblet, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, dessert. 2: Open face hot beef sandwich, spinach, dessert.
