Pyrotechnical difficulties

Although still easy to find, personal fireworks such as sparklers and fountain cones are heavily restricted across the Inland Northwest and banned in many communities. Violating state and local fireworks regulations carry fines and, in some cases, the possibility of jail time in Idaho.
