Clean up bus stops, businesses

I live not far from Balfour Park and like to take long walks. Quite often those walks take me along Sprague Avenue, which is also a major bus route. At each bus stop I see a lot of litter, but no trash receptacles. I also see a lot of trash in front of both occupied and unoccupied buildings. I’m sure these businesses keep their buildings clean inside, so why not pick up the trash outside?

We want to bring life back to the Valley, and it’s nice to see some buildings being used again. However, if I wanted to lease or buy a building, I certainly wouldn’t look twice at those with peeling paint, weeds growing everywhere, and trash. Let’s get this city cleaned up if we want to sell it.
