Chandler Rogers, who will be a senior at Mead High School, has orally commited to wrestle at Oklahoma State, his father said Friday.
Rogers was the Washington state champion at 170 pounds last season, making him 3 for 3 at the Mat Classic. He also won at 145 pounds during his freshman year of 2011 and at 160 in 2012.
Intermat ranks Rogers as the nation’s top high school wrestler at 170 pounds (not including 2013 graduates).
His brother Jordan also wrestles for Oklahoma State.
