He was born in Pendleton, OR on July 22, 1934 to Roland and Bernice Pierce.
Roger and his family moved from Aberdeen to Spokane in 1975.
As VP and General Manager of Cox Cable, Roger built Spokane and Yakima’s cable TV systems.
After Spokane, they transferred to Virginia Beach, VA with Cox Cable and retired in 1987.
Roger’s greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends.
He always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he met.
He will always be remembered for that ‘firm hand shake’, his honesty and loyalty.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers Ronald and Richard Pierce.

years, Jacqueline Pierce of Virginia Beach, his three loving daughters: Susan Sederstrom (Rick Cotten) of Spokane, Kimberlee Pierce and Linda Willcox (John) all of Virginia Beach.
Roger also leaves behind four grandchildren: Carter and Peyton Willcox of Virginia Beach, Meagan Sederstrom and Blake Sederstrom (Siobhan) and two great-granddaughters Saraya and Satara all of Spokane.
A sister-in-law Neetha Pierce of Wilbur and brother-in-law George Cross, Jr. (Kristine) of Ocean Shores and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 1:00pm at H.D.
