8 Lakes Leg Aches Bike Ride – Aug. 3, 15-mile, 30-mile, 45-mile or 75-mile ride touring scenic landscapes between Spokane, Medical Lake and Cheney. Enjoy coffee at the starting line at the Group Health office on Sunset Hill and cookies along the routes and end the ride with food, entertainment and ice cream.
