Vets, military offered free oil change

Select NAPA AutoCare Centers and Tire-Rama shops will offer free oil changes to active-duty and retired military personnel today from 6 to 8 p.m. Oil changes will be offered one per person on a first-come, first-served basis. Military ID or other proof of military service is required. Participating locations are:
