Drop Gerlach charges

Gail Gerlach is neither a hero nor a criminal. He is a citizen who acted instinctively, without malice or forethought, defending his property from theft by a habitual criminal. The tragedy here is that the prosecutor is more intent on putting Gerlach behind bars than the justice system was in keeping Kaluza-Graham behind them.

Let justice be done: Drop the charges against Gerlach and save him and the taxpayers additional expense.
