Obituary: Romjue, Mary E.
Age 68
On her last few days of life Mary was surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Mary was born on August 25th, 1944 to Harry, and Dorothy Hendrickson in Portland, Oregon.
Mary had seven siblings: George Herman, Dick Herman, Edie Volland, Ron Herman, Jim Herman, Gary Hendrickson, and John Hendrickson.
Mary is survived by her beloved husband Tom Romjue of 49 wonderful years whom she married on October 19th, 1963; her son Tony Romjue (Kally); daughter Teresa Kowal (Matt); grandchildren Whitney, Haley, and Ally Romjue, Ryan, Gavin, and Sydney Kowal, and great-grandson Cylus Petretti.
Mary was a very kind, loving, caring person full of life and joy.
Mary loved spending most of her time at her and Tom’s home on Clear Lake, taking boat rides, having BBQs, maintaining the lake property, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Our family will greatly cherish all the amazing memories we have with Mary.
She will forever be in our hearts.
The family would like to thank all of the staff, and support at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Washington and Hennessey Funeral Home and Crematory.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 24th, at 1:00pm at Hennessey Smith Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division.
