Locomotive made in USA

Electric locomotives used by the Milwaukee Road were made by General Electric. They were called “Little Joes” because they were ordered by the Russians under Joseph Stalin, but the deal fell through. Those details were incorrect in a story on the Route of the Hiawatha in Sunday Outdoors.
