Semi-truck accident blocking traffic at Browne/Pacific

A semi-truck struck a tree at South Browne Street and West Pacific Avenue, blocking all traffic from Sprague Avenue to 2nd Avenue for another hour. The semi-truck knocked the tree down at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, hitting a power line, according to Spokane police. The line is lying across the street, and traffic will be blocked for about another hour.
