Swales not so swell

I address this to the Great Poobah who devised the idea of putting swales along Lincoln Street. I would like him or her to know that the dandelions are now 2 feet tall and are going to seed, and they are joined by another noxious weed that has not been in this area before.

Thank you so much for this addition to our neighborhood. I hope by now you have moved on to another city. Meanwhile, my family and my water bill are trying to take care of the mess in front of my home.
