“REVOLUTION” FINALE – It’s lights-out for Season 1 of this intense post-apocalyptic drama – one of the few new shows to make a strong impression on viewers. Of course not: The show has been renewed for a second season. 10:01 p.m. Monday, NBC.
SUNDAY: “The Killing” just refuses to die. After AMC canceled it last year, the network reversed course and brought the moody crime show back for a third season and brand new case. Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman return in the lead roles. 8 p.m., AMC.
SUNDAY: Don’t snicker. “Top Hooker” isn’t what you think it is. It’s a new reality series about fishing, which, according to the title of Episode 1, really is “The Oldest Profession.” 10 p.m., Animal Planet.
SUNDAY: “Princesses: Long Island” is a new reality series that focuses on six college-educated young women who live pampered lifestyles in the comfort of their parents’ posh homes. And for that, they get their own show? 9 p.m., Bravo.
MONDAY: Will “Mistresses” be our new summer crush – or a silly, sudsy dud? It’s a drama about the “scandalous lives of a sexy and sassy group of four girlfriends,” each on her own path to self-discovery. Alyssa Milano, Yunjin Kim, Rochelle Aytes and Jes Macallan star. 10:01 p.m., ABC.
TUESDAY: Supermodel Heidi Klum and former Spice Girl Mel B join the judges panel for Season 8 of “America’s Got Talent.” Their first assignment: Separate the kooks from the legitimate contenders. 9:01 p.m., NBC.
WEDNESDAY: Jason Aldean and Kristen Bell are our hosts for the “CMT Music Awards 2013,” in which winners are chosen by the fans. Among the scheduled performers: The Pistol Annies, Hunter Hayes, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan and Taylor Swift. 8 p.m., CMT.
THURSDAY: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson takes a break from pummeling bad guys to host “The Hero.” It’s an amped-up reality competition series that puts contestants through extreme challenges to test their mental and physical fortitude. 8 p.m., TNT.
THURSDAY: Daniel Sunjata of “Rescue Me” fame exchanges his fire hose for a gun in “Graceland.” It’s about undercover agents living in a beachfront California home, not Elvis’ estate. Go figure. 10 p.m., USA.
FRIDAY: The stealthy operatives of “Mystery Diners” head to a seafood eatery in New Orleans, where the manager is an aspiring comedian, but the antics of another employee prove to be no laughing matter. 10 p.m., Food Network.
SATURDAY: The best thing we can say about the new adventure series “Primeval: New World” is that it contains dinosaurs. Lots of them! Maybe they will help to divert attention from the bad plot. 10 p.m., Syfy.
