ARSENEAU, Barbara Ruth (Schucker) (Age 76) Barbara Ruth (Schucker) Arseneau, our beautiful and loving mother passed away on April 7th 2013 on her way home from golf….her favorite pastime besides spending time with her family and friends.

She was 76 years young and was in Phoenix, AZ.

She was the second of five children, born to Cecelia and Lawrence Schucker and was preceded in death by her parents and her older sister, Loralene Martell of Tacoma, WA.

Barbara graduated from Central Valley High School, in the Spokane Valley in 1955…where she was a cheerleader and twirled a baton (until she twirled it into their new TV).

She was also the Lilac Festival Princess from Central Valley and Prom Queen, her senior year.

While in Vancouver, she worked for The Wendel Family Dental Centers for over 20 years as Director of Human Resources and Administrator until her retirement.

In addition to being a loving mother and grandmother, she loved being with her friends and family.

She touched the lives of everyone she met with her sense of humor and big laugh; her grace, love and kind heart.

She was truly a special person, who will live on in the hearts of all of us who knew her!

We are so proud of her and so blessed to have had such an incredible woman as our mother.

We will cherish the memories and times with her forever.

We will be having a service in celebration of her life at Royal Oaks Country Club in Vancouver, WA.
