Obituary: Barlow, Richard Larue Sr.
Age 55
Rick was born May 6, 1958, in Spokane, Washington, to Lou and Gail Barlow.
He graduated from University High School then worked alongside his father at Barlow Construction before starting a job with the Central Valley School District.
Later in life, Rick enjoyed a simple lifestyle as a freelance carpenter and was a very talented wood craftsman.
Rick is survived by his two sisters, Gail Groth and Lynette Bailey as well as his three sons, Rick, Ryan, and Randy Barlow, and grandson, Cameron.
Rick is preceded in death by his father and mother, Lou and Gail, and sister, Kathleen Murphy.
Memorial services will be held at the Advent Lutheran Church, 13009 E. Broadway Ave, Spokane Valley, on June 9, 2013, at 1 pm, followed by a short gathering at the Rockford Community Park in Rockford.
