Spokane rally missed

There was an article on the back page of the May 26 paper, “Marchers protest engineered food,” that included a picture of marchers in Los Angeles.

Why did The Spokesman-Review neglect to mention that about 500 people marched against Monsanto and genetically modified food in Spokane as well? Why not use a picture from Spokane? There were people of all ages, music, colorful signs and costumes. The march was followed by a rally in Riverfront Park.

How could The Spokesman Review miss this?
