Obituary: Phillips, D. “Leo”

PHILLIPS, D. “Leo” David “Leo” Phillips was born in Hugo, Oklahoma to R.W.

and Evalee Phillips on March 31, 1940.

The 10th of 11 children.

The family left OK when he was five years old coming to the NW.

He is survived by two brothers and two sisters and a host of nieces and nephews.

Leo graduated from high school in Milton Freewater, OR.

Later married Beth in 1960.

They are blessed parents of Greg, Grant and Garrick, all of Spokane.

Leo was a salesman of the highest level and in management trained many in the field in the NW.

His greatest achievement was serving his Lord and Savior, fathering his three sons and spouses, seven grandchildren, Kelin, Nathan, Caitlin, Cassidy, Christian, Logan and Carson.

Service to remember him will be Thursday, June 20th, 2013, at 4:00 PM.

New Life Assembly, 10920 E. Sprague, Spokane Valley.
