A 78-year-old woman was killed in a one-vehicle rollover accident near St. Maries, Idaho on Sunday.
A release from the Idaho State Police said Margaret L. Dutton was headed north on State Highway 3 about two miles from St. Maries just after 3 p.m. when she failed to navigate a left-hand curve and drove off the road. Her Honda Passport struck an embankment and trees on the side of the highway, flipping and coming to rest on its top.
Dutton was taken to Kootenai Medical Center. She was wearing her seat belt and was the only person in the vehicle, according to a news release.
