Kudos for park maintenance

Thanks for bringing to our attention (June 9) the hard work and sacrifice of Dave Randolph as he directs his crew to beautify and maintain Riverfront Park. Dave clearly serves above and beyond the call of duty in his daily rounds throughout the park. His dedication will inspire the citizens advisory committee to show the same wisdom and diligence in planning for the future of the park.

Imagine the quality of our work if we all did our jobs to Dave’s level of integrity. Let’s give the stewards of Riverfront Park what they deserve: extra patrols and video surveillance to prevent graffiti and vandalism.
