Obituary: Moran, Robert Mark

MORAN, Robert Mark June 11, 1925 - June 13, 2013 Bob Moran passed away peacefully at his home in Spokane on the morning of Thursday, June 13, 2013.

He was born on June 11, 1925 to Frank and Sarah Moran.

Bob grew up in Spirit Lake, Idaho and Spokane, Washington.

After serving in WWII with the Second Armored Division he attended Gonzaga University graduating in 1950.

Bob followed in his father’s footsteps becoming a CPA.

He began his career in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and later worked in Seattle, Odessa, and Spokane.

Bob’s favorite place in the world was his cabin on Spirit Lake where he spent many days with his friends and loving family.

Bob is survived by his wife Joan of 64 years and his children: Penny Wright (Bill), Dan Moran, Sue McIntyre (Jim), Debbie Page (Mike) and Mike Moran; Grandchildren: Pat Moran, Lee McIntyre (Ellie), Carly Aguilar (Ray), Sean Wright, Rob Page, Jack McIntyre, Sarah Kelly, Jessica Moran and Jason Moran; great-grandchildren: Mason, Addison, and Soren McIntyre.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22 at 1:00 pm at St Aloysius Catholic Church, 330 E Boone Ave. Spokane.

The family would like to give special thanks and appreciation to Shellie for her faithful care and to Hospice of Spokane.
