THACKER, George Brett (Age 74) Brett is servived by: sisters Maureen Schmidt, Cathy Gay; and stepchildren, Bill Frenger, Dale Helms, Steve Helms, Larry Muxlow, David Muxlow, Jeff Muxlow, Tom Muxlow, Sue Muxlow, and Pat Muxlow.
Brett lived in Portland, OR and Spokane, WA over the past 30 years.
He loved to roller skate and also ice skate.
Brett was a commercial truck driver for most of his life, until he meet his wife Ellen, and decided to try their hand at being roller skate rink owners so they purchased a Rink in Coos Bay, OR.
After they decided to sell the rink and move on, they moved back to Spokane to retire.
Brett was more than a stepfather, he was a best friend to us all.
He will be missed by all.
