Kootenai County sheriff

Sandra Williams, Rathdrum, reported Sunday the $3,000 theft of a battery, compact discs, stereo equipment, rifle, handgun, cellphone, tools and $150 damage to two vehicles at her home on the 18000 block of North Well Road.

Suanne Siegel, employee of Wal-Mart, reported Saturday the $300 theft of a cellphone from the business at 550 E. Honeysuckle Ave., Hayden.

Richard Cooper, Rathdrum, reported Monday the $5,500 theft of a 1995 Chevrolet van and tools from his home on the 11000 block of North Church Road in Rathdrum.
