SPOKANE – Volunteers are needed for the COPS Shops all over town. Volunteer jobs include latent fingerprint lift, Block Watch and front desk duties.

Volunteers must have clean background check; some training may be required.

Baby portrait project underway

SPOKANE VALLEY – The Divine Portrait Boutique, at 1901 S. Clover Drive, is launching its Project 365 on July 1, aiming to photograph 365 newborn babies before July 1, 2014.

The newborn must be younger than 10 days old and will receive a free portrait session and a free Web-friendly image.

Credit score to be topic of free clinic

SPOKANE COUNTY – Spokane Teachers Credit Union will present a free workshop on how to protect your credit score on July 31, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the North Spokane Library, 44 E. Hawthorne Road.
