Man arrested after strange behavior reported

Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on a felony warrant after a witness reported he was behaving unusually. Brent A. Graham, 22, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft, according to a sheriff’s office news release. Graham, who appeared to be high, was getting in and out of a van parked at the 12600 block of East Broadway late Wednesday night. Deputies responded to the unusual behavior and discovered he was wanted. Graham, who police say had a baggie of methamphetamines in his shoe, also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance.
