Tami Kelley and Norene Phillipson are recipients of the 2012 Employee Excellence Awards for their contributions to the Spokane campus of Washington State University. Kelley received the Administrative Professional Staff Excellence Award and Phillipson received the Civil Service Staff Excellence Award. Kelley is the principal assistant for the College of Nursing and has been with WSU for 35 years. Phillipson is the program coordinator for Facilities Operations and has been with WSU for 13 years.

Finance

Numerica Credit Union recently promoted Lynn Ciani as the vice president of general counsel. Previously, Ciani was general counsel at Western United Life Assurance Co. in Spokane.

• Joel Loiacono has returned as the executive director of the Alzheimer’s Association Inland Northwest Chapter. He spent 10 months in Kuwait working on the withdrawal of American forces and their equipment from Iraq.

• Partners International has named Larry Andrews as its new president and CEO. Andrews brings 27 years of experience in global management and operational management.

• Unicep, a contract packaging company based in Sandpoint, has promoted Greg Taylor to president. Taylor has been with the Unicep since 2007. Previously, Taylor was the director of program management and the vice president of operations.

• Provisional Recruiting and Staffing has made Inavero’s 2013 Best of Staffing Client List of award winners.

Software

Imprezzio Inc. has hired Neil Hargreaves as a client solution director. Previously, Hargreaves was employed by Accurate Technologies in Detroit as a technical director.
