Direction wrong in caption

An old railroad right of way in Spokane Valley is being converted into a community trail east of University Road. The direction was listed incorrectly in a photo caption on page A1 on Monday, due to a photographer’s error.

Graphic legend incorrect

Two symbols – a white square and a black circle – were transposed in the legend of a graphic, “Spokane’s fire stations,” on page A7 on Sunday, due to a graphic designer’s error.
