Obituary: Ruegsegger, Gwendolyn Waddoups

RUEGSEGGER,Gwendolyn Gwendolyn Waddoups Ruegsegger, 83, passed away on February 28, 2013 in Spokane Valley, WA.

Gwen was born in Ogden, Utah on August 3, 1929 to Cyrus and Nola Waddoups.

On August 18, 1949 she married Eldon Ruegsegger of Daniels, Idaho.

Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple in 1952.

They made their home in Dillon, Montana from 1950 until moving to Ritzville, Washington in 1972 where they farmed until 1986 when they moved to Spokane before settling in the Otis Orchards, Washington area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Eldon, (1992); her sister, Dorcas Butler; an infant daughter Tam; and daughter, Lavina Fanjal.

She is survived by her son, Leland (Jeanie) Ruegsegger of Otis Orchard, WA; daughter, Janice (Alex) La Forge of Billings, MT; son, Jim (Linda) Ruegsegger of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Brian (Debbie) Ruegsegger of Kennewick; son, Todd Ruegsegger of Spokane Valley; 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on March 9, 2013 at 10:00 AM, viewing begins at 9:00 AM, at the Liberty Lake LDS church located at 23515 E. Boone Ave, Liberty Lake, WA, followed by interment at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
