Coming up: Washington State Cougars

COMING UP: Saturday vs. USC (Pac-12 Networks), 3:30 p.m.

OUTLOOK: WSU ended a nine-game losing streak on Wednesday in most improbable fashion, hammering No. 23 UCLA 73-61 despite missing Mike Ladd and DaVonte Lacy, two starting guards who are sidelined by knee injuries. Lacy tore the meniscus in his right knee during Sunday’s game against Washington, and will miss the rest of the season. He’s scheduled for surgery on Friday and should only be out of action 2-4 weeks, coach Ken Bone said. The Trojans beat WSU 72-68 in Los Angeles on Feb. 7, and had won six of eight heading into Wednesday night’s game at Washington.
