Girl Scouts crying wolf

Girl Scouts do not pay tax on the cookies they sell. We, the purchasers, pay the tax, just like the store doesn’t pay the tax on our groceries. Our legislators should be able to understand this and kindly explain it to the Girl Scouts. My paying a fair tax on my cookie purchase in no way prevents anyone from going to camp or earning badges.

The state of Idaho is not the Big Bad Wolf. Enjoy your cookies.
