Obituary: Bunch, Frances Rae

Age 74

BUNCH, Frances Rae Frances Rae Bunch entered into rest on March 7, 2013 from complications of a stroke suffered in early January.

She was born in Walla Walla, WA on February 26, 1939 to Franklin Nysoe and LaFern Prewitt Bunch and lived her childhood in Wallula, WA.

Her family moved to Spokane in 1951 where her parents owned and operated the Circle B Motel where she worked most of her life.

She had her four beloved children with Jesse Collins, her first of three husbands.

Throughout her life Frances enjoyed reading, working in her flower gardens, doing crossword puzzles, traveling, collecting many items, such as cookbooks and shot glasses, attending family gatherings and celebrations, talking about the old days and especially sharing the wonderful stories of her adventurous childhood.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Frankie Faye Darling and son-in-law Ed Moan.

She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Moan, Anita (Bob) Drake both of Spokane, Michele (Chuck) Snyder of Yelm, WA; one son Donald (Heidi) Collins of Wenatchee, WA; nine grandchildren, Terry, Bobby, Shannon, Jason, Jacob, Chris, Marissa, Melissa, Bryan; eight great-grandchildren; her companion of 28 years, Chuck Geer; numerous fun loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and her sweet little dog, Sammy.
