Age 51

COAN, Richard A.

(Age 51) Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Spokane WA on Sunday, March 10th 2013.

Richard was born on October 14th 1961 in Spokane WA.

Richard attended Lewis and Clark High School graduating in 1980.

Rich and Kim started their lives together and were married in April of 1992.

He worked in the HVAC industry for 18 years for R & R Heating, Comfort Mechanical, and most recently Kiemle and Hagood for the past two years.

He is survived by his wife Kim of 21 years, daughters, Jessie, Kristen and Hailee, his mother Betty Coan and father Marion Thomas Coan, brothers Mike and Jeff, mother-in-law Gerry Christensen, several aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Adeline Lauer, his uncle Bill Lauer and father in-law Harry Christensen.

Rich was the type of person that would always go out of his way to help anyone.

He had one of the biggest hearts in the world!

If you needed anything he was always willing to help.

Richard could fix almost anything!

HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED by all who knew him.

Rosary will be Monday, March 18 at 7:00 P.M. at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be at Mary Queen Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 19 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery later that day.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
